PERSPEKTIVE ISLAM ABOUT WOMAN CAREER
Islam
as a universal religion very respectfull with a woman. We can see in islam, woman have plus value
than a men. Paradise on a feet
mother/woman it is one of slogan islam that show if woman has plus value than a
men. Then how about perspektive islam about woman career or woman that work in
the outside. In juriprudence Islam,
we can not find that islam prohibit woman work as long as they feel safety. One
of source from Syaikh Abdul Aziz Bin Baz “Islam does not prohibit woman work and
business”, because Allah order human work in His word.

“And say (O Muhammad) "Do deeds! Allah will see your deeds, and (so
will) His Messenger and the believers. And you will be brought back to the
All-Knower of the unseen and the seen. Then He will inform you of what you used
to do."(QS.At.Taubah:105)
From the text above it
mean do deeds or work is order to all of human, not only for men but for woman
too. Any source said almost same.

Because work is everyone right. But in Islam is happen different opinion about
permission from men or husband when woman or wife wants to work in the outside.
We certainly know if woman work longer than a men. They work when sunrise until
their husband goes to sleep.
Although
Islam allow woman work in the outside but they have to notice about the
requirement when they work.
1. Free from that make they not safety and
2. Their job not disturb they duty in home (domestic role)
3. Applying Islamic manner
Then, one the important thing from Syaikh Muhammad
bin Shalih Al-Utsaimin. He said “if in the office where woman work is mixed up
between woman and men, woman should left her job because it is to anticipate a
slander.”
Our prophet remind too, if slander to woman
is the most dangerous slander. Therefore our prophet order to keep stay away
with woman that it is not halal for us.
In
history Woman that work in the inside or outside happened in our prophet time
for example , Asma bint Abu Bakr,wife from Zubair bin
Awwam (one of friends our prophet), work in the
field, and sometimes do long travel. It gives example if woman career found in
long time a go. Although woman allow work to the outside
but they can not change a men as a leader in a family. So the leader in a
family stills men.
